⚡ General
A Level 2 charger operates on 240V (the same voltage as your dryer or stove) and typically delivers 25–50 km of range per hour of charging. It's the standard for home and workplace EV charging and is a significant upgrade over a standard 120V wall outlet (Level 1), which only adds 6–8 km per hour.
Yes — our quotes assume you will supply the EV charger unit. The cost of the charger itself is not included in our pricing. If you're unsure which model is compatible with your vehicle, we recommend checking with your vehicle dealership or reaching out to us by email — we're happy to point you in the right direction.
We install all major brands including ChargePoint, Flo, Tesla Wall Connector, JuiceBox, Eaton, and more. As long as the unit meets Canadian electrical standards, we can install it.

📍 Site Visit
Our technician will visit your property to assess your electrical panel capacity, determine the best charger location, plan the wiring route, and identify any site-specific requirements. You'll receive a detailed fixed-price quote on the spot.
Typically around 15–30 minutes. Our technician will walk through your property, check your panel, and discuss the best installation approach with you before providing the quote.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your site visit up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated as our technician will have already allocated travel time.
🔧 Installation
Installation typically takes 1 to 3 hours depending on the complexity of your site. A straightforward install in a garage near the panel may take 1 hour, while more complex jobs involving longer conduit runs or panel upgrades may take up to 3 hours. Your technician will give you an accurate time estimate during the site visit.
Not always. Most modern homes have sufficient panel capacity for a Level 2 charger. Our technician will assess your panel during the site visit and let you know if an upgrade is needed. If it is, we'll include it in your quote.
Permit fees are not included in our estimates or base quotes. Whether a permit is required depends on your municipality and the scope of work. Your technician will advise you during the site visit, and any applicable permit fees will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Yes, but strata approval is required first. Before booking a site visit, please confirm with your strata council that owners are permitted to install EV chargers with a vendor of their choice. Once approved, we handle the rest. For new builds with outlets already in place, installation is straightforward and starts at $290.
Strata may require a load management device, which would be a separate additional cost. If in doubt, please email us — we'll guide you through the steps to take and questions to ask Strata.
Yes — all installations include a 12-month service warranty covering any issues or malfunctions related to our installation work, including the panel and breaker. If something goes wrong due to our work, we'll come back and fix it at no charge. Please note this warranty covers the installation only — the EV charger device itself is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
After the site visit, we'll email you a private booking link customized to your installation's duration (1, 2, or 3 hours depending on job complexity). Simply click the link to choose a time that works for you.
